I couldn't find these ANY WHERE! So happy Amazon has them and I absolutely feel a difference in my body. Taking these with the magnesium works wonders for sleep and overall health!

My daughter experiences headaches/migraines often. Her neurologist recommended she take Vitamin B2 to help. I also have the same issues so I decided to try it too. Although it doesn't necessarily help get rid of the headache once you have it, I do feel like the frequency of headaches are reduced. There are many other causes for headaches and migraines so I don't expect anything to completely resolve our headache issues. I usually take them on an empty stomach and have no problem with them causing any stomach issues.

My normal size and strength. Value equal to other store I’ve used. Always easy to swallow without gagging. No taste. Quality good no other additives.

It didn’t upset my stomach and I am very sensitive to pills, however make sure it’s what you need in your daily vitamin intake as it would upset kidney if taken with other vitamins supplements, best to take when you know you’re lack of this vitamin B2, skin health? I didn’t take it long enough to give you full review as I’m in process healing from respiratory infection, and watching vitamin intake.

I am taking this for hair loss. For some reason I can not find this supplement in Kroger or Walmart. I think this is a good price for amount of quality. There is no smell. They are easy to swallow and no taste. This is my second bottle so not really sure if it is helping with hair loss or not but given the other benefits it is used for it can't hurt to take. Only weird thing that I have noticed is that it makes my urine a very bright yellow.
