My wife is currently recovering from her second hip replacement surgery. We had heel pads for her following her first one - just not enough protection, and she still had pain in her heels. Looked and looked to find something better - finally saw these. Yes they are expensive, but they really do the job. They fit her, even though we thought they might be too big, and are adjustable to get them as tight as she wants.

Seems to be good quality, provides my stepdad with pain relief and heel protection by adding extra cushioning. Good value.

I got these for my husband who is a quadriplegic and needs to make sure his feet and also elbows aren't hitting anything in the night. They fit easily on his heels and also his elbows. So far he says they are super comfortable and has had no need to reposition him in the night. They are very thick and protective.

Pro High-quality lambskin which is proven to reduce or stabilize bed sores.Con Too small!It cured the bed sore on the ankle but could not even reach the base of the big toe where the other sore was. I would have gladly paid more for a full-size bootie that reached the toes. This does not and my wife has a small foot (6 1/2 US shoe size) The smallness is the only reason it does not rate 5 stars.

Very comfortable but did not stay on during sleep whether I or my spouse attached the velcro.

I love these, I had surgery and had to keep my knee straight that stressed my heels. These eased the heel stress and feel great on my skin. I will recommend to friends.

I finally got a good night's sleep after getting heel pain relief with these fluffy heel protectors. They stayed on well, probably because of the additional strip of sheepskin across the top of the ankle. (Other products without that had reviews saying they slid off the foot.)The genuine sheepskin feels good against my skin in a way that a synthetic product would not. Also, a way to tell it's real is that it doesn't get hot after being snugly wrapped around the foot for a few hours. It breathes!Finally, I like that it's said to be made in USA - and that the company has a real store located in Fort Worth.I'm going to look for other products to buy from them!

Being bed-bound is a short few-months' trip red spots on pressure points. I never expected her skin would be this fragile to friction and pressure. These booties have been grand, especially when coupled with a wedge that elevates the heels to air space. Great decision to purchase!
