I was excited to get this because I work 12 hours on a fork lift everyday. It was comfortable at first but it wasn't as comfortable as the listing said it would be. After two days of using this the strap that it comes with to carry it to and from my car the parts around the strap to the seat tore open and I no longer could carry it that way and then after about two weeks it was almost completely flat. For 50 dollars I expected it to be a lot more comfortable and durable.

I'm sitting on it now. Thin enough to not be bulky but thick enough to provide comfort. Unlike the other three I tried, it holds its shape. I tied it to the back of the chair so it wouldn't slide.

I purchased for my car so I can sit more comfortably on long trips. It did not work because the product was not designed properly. The front part of the cushion was very tall and firm, cutting off my leg circulation. It's hard to drive when you can't feel your legs. Cooling part did not work once you sat because it also cuts off the air circulation. The center part needed more gel to keep your rear-end from hitting bottom. It looked nice but...I am using it on my desk chair. I gave it 2 stars because I felt that it was better than nothing. I would not recommend this product.

We own three Sojoy gel cushions and they have given us 10s of 1000s of miles of comfort.We use these both for seat cushions and for back cushions. They work well for both purposes. However the newer model (also reviewed) works a bit better for a back cushion. When used as a back cushion the retaining tab along the back on the older model (reviewed here) can tear-out. Problem eliminated on the newer model.The gel matrix is very comfortable and holds its shape fairly well.

I used mine in my car and it was flat, or effectively worn out, in about a month.
