I am using this product for a few years already, and am very happy with the results. I started with soft gels, but switched to the tablets, and found it much better form for me. Soft gels need to be taken more often, and have a specific smell, Tablets are much easier to manage. I am taking those every other week to support my low iron numbers. No side effects, as some other iron supplements. And yes, I would definitely recommend this product.

Very effective at raising my hemoglobin and ferritin numbers during pregnancy. I always take it with a liposomal vitamin c and never have to worry about constipation. Smells like an iron supplement but it’s not too strong and can be swallowed easily.

I’ve been taking these tablets for about three weeks. I’m not sure yet how much they increase iron levels, but there’s one downside — the tablets are very large and a bit hard to swallow, they tend to get stuck in the throat. Also, after taking them, your urine becomes bright yellow. If you have trouble swallowing big pills, keep that in mind.

Three things you need to know about this. 1. No constipation, 2. increased energy, and 3. for me, my issue wasn't the low iron, as it is for most, but I had low ferritin and my ferritin quickly rose after a two weeks of use. I would recommend this over any other iron supplements because of these three factors.
