Worth buying
Definitely worth buying. After doing some research I realised that this form of magnesium is the best for absorption. This specific combination of the B6 vitamin along with magnesium is particularly useful as taking magnesium and B6 together works better than magnesium alone. The fact that it is a capsule and you only need to drink one capsule a day is very convenient.
