This was great for backing my quilt. Lovely natural feel and colour and weighty enough for the job. I did wash first in case of shrinkage - not sure if necessary but with a quilt its not worth taking chances. It’s a great inexpensive way to back a quilt and the backing felt very soft - so I recommend this product. I’ve also used unbleached calico very successfully for curtains in the past

I was not too sure about buying fabric online but the calico was good quality compared to what I had purchased from a fabric shop before. I will buy again if needed from this seller since they seem to sell good quality fabric, I don't need to go to a store anymore. Thanks.

The natural colour is great as a background. I am embroidering a field of poppies on it. Perfect.

I bought this Calico for embroidery work as i am a novice and was not sure if this fabric would be good but it is perfect. A nice stiffness but it softens slightly once you work with it. A good spaced weave for embroidery. It came in very fast as well.

I highly recommend this seller and this calico as it is of a reasonable thickness and not see through like alot of calico. Will be great for cushion backs and other projects as one single layer will be enough. I washed if before use bacause of shrinkage. Thankyou I will buy this again.

Poor quality item, was obviously seconds with tape at the side marking where the issue was. The fabric had what I presume was machine burn mark and frayed section in middle of the fabric.Contacted seller whose only response was to return it to Amazon.
