Allersearch Cat Dander Spray ADMS

This is a lifesaver product. Easy to use and it works. I have two new rescue cats and found out I was allergic to one of them. I’ve been using this for 4 months and it’s helped my allergies 95%. I use it with cat dander wipes and now I don’t even take the over the counter allergy meds. Wonderful stuff. Buying by the gallon in the future.

Ok, I'm writing a review because I so often read them and make purchase decisions based on review information. Our son is extremely allergic to our geriatric cat, and so he doesn't visit very often. While the alternative would be to get rid of the cat, there are many many reasons we cannot do that. So after the son's visit here for Thanksgiving, he became extremely, terribly ill - and was sick for nearly a week with his allergies. So we purchased this spray, the PuroMist air cleaner (also from Amazon) and the Febreze spray product as well. This product - Allersearch Spray - needs to be sprayed on furniture and hard surfaces, then either vacuumed or wiped down. It's a time consuming chore and I'm only giving the "scent" four stars because it just isn't great - not bad, just not the cleaning, citrus odor you might expect. The Febreze product is sprayed into the air. The air purifier ran 24 /7 between Thanksgiving and our cookie decorating party on December 17. He did not sneeze one single time, his eyes were not red, he did not cough or wheeze - and did not get sick even after he got home. And then being here for Christmas. - he was not ill. We are so happy with this product, and will continue to use it faithfully - at least until our poor kitty is no longer with us. Obviously, this review links the other products we used, but we are truly pleased with the three in one effort and results.

Easy to use.

I ordered the spray and the carpet shampoo. My Granddaughter is allergic to cats, I have three. I shampooed the carpets, sprayed the rugs and furniture and we had very good results. Usually she is doing a breathing treatment several times a day but with this she only had to do a treatment once in a week. Full disclosure I also bought a small air purifier for her bedroom so she could at least sleep comfortably. I think the combination did the trick. I was worried about staining the furniture and rugs but both are fine, no problems.

I am super clean and whisk away cat fur from furniture and floors daily, my boyfriend still weezes by the end of the night and has to use his inhaler due to his allergies. since we have been using this product, he can safely chill on our furniture. I was also pleased that it has no fragrance, however, there is a slight bleach odor when it settles on furniture and that bothers me. I tried spraying in the morning before work to give it time to air out, still bleachy smelling. but all in all, we will live with it because my bf's health is better.

Great product

The product came in a extra plastic wrap but some of the fluid still leaked during transit. I’m not sure what chemicals is in here but when spraying/using it for a while, u start to feel ALOT of pressure against the trigger. Then it starts to kinda leak onto your hands. When i used this on my couch, there wasn’t really any scent. However, when i sprayed alot of this stuff in my room/carpet, it had a weird odor (kinda smelled like semen) that last for about a week. Despite all the effort to clean and spray everything, the product didnt work for me to stop cat allergies :(

My sister is highly allergic to cat dander and when she came to visit I sprayed it all over all my furniture and she had no reaction to my two indoor cats!!!
