While unboxing the product and inserting batteries to test out the Neos, I found that once of the 3 neos had incorrect spring placement for batteries. (See image) The second battery slot from the right had 2 springs and there were none in the far right slot. For such an expensive high end light, I expected better quality control. I'll consider updating depending on how the seller/ customer service responds.
