Easy to Use, good enough for most needs
Upsides - easy setup / takedown, stashes easily, sturdy enough for a laptop table of dinner table. Downsides, not ready for excessive weight although I'd feel comfortable putting 15 lbs or so on it 2) wont fit under the bottom of my recliner foot support so can;t use it with the legs up.

Well Built & Suits Our Needs
Recently, we downsized from a full sized 5th wheel RV to a smaller "couples trailer" that sacrificed a dinette in favor of theatre seating. The table provided with the trailer in order to eat while sitting in the theatre seats was too cumbersome, so we opted for two of these laptop tables. They turned out to be perfect for this application. What I liked: Our table arrived a day ahead of schedule and they were packaged well with no damage. As other reviewer suggested, they were very easy and quick to assemble. The tables are light yet the plastic used seems thick enough to last and is of a high quality. They easily fold up into small packages and are easily stored in our smaller trailer space. The height adjustments are also easy to make. Didn't like: Like others, I feel the cup holders are flimsy and I doubt we will ever use them. Also, in order to fold up the tables for storage, which we will do regularly when camping, the bar that controls the table tilt will have to be unsnapped from the plastic tabs that hold it in place. I worry that over time these plastic tabs will break from repeated use. We'll see. All in all, a good product at a fair (but not phenomenal) price. I hope to get what I paid for.

Very sturdy little table
My elderly mother loves to eat in front of the TV - this table works perfectly for her!

Mostly just what I needed
For starters, I like the tray table, and it works well for when I'm sitting in my usual chair and want to use my laptop. I wish it was slightly bigger so I could have my laptop on it and still be able to set a sandwich beside it or whatever. I wouldn't trust the cupholder for much more than a bottle of water, but I like the tray on the left side plus the one at the back where I can set my phone. There's a ledge all the way around the tray, and I have mixed feelings about that. It's good because it keeps things from falling off or getting knocked off the table, but on the other hand, it presses on my wrist or arm when I am using the keyboard of my laptop, and it also makes my laptop sit crooked if I want it sitting over the edge a bit to make more room on the table. I guess I need to get a cushion for my hand/arm. It's not the sturdiest table, but it's absolutely sturdy enough for how I'm using it. I really like that the legs slide under my chair so easily, making it much easier to move it to and from my body vs the traditional wooden tray table I was using before. I bought it on sale, and it was worth the price, but now that the price has gone back up (more than double what I paid), I'm not so sure it would be worth the normal price ($52 at present). All in all, it was the best deal I could find for my specific needs, though, and I'm content with what I got. It was well packaged, and it was easy enough to assemble right out of the box. There were no broken parts or anything. I haven't tried to fold it up for storage yet. The legs are a little bit wobbly in terms of the bottoms have a little bit of sideways movement, but that is not an issue at all in terms of use. The table doesn't wobble. It's as stable as I need it to be.
