Excellent
These are a really beautiful design. The product is strong and well made. The children love to use them when calming down or as a fidget tool, tracing their finger along the designs.

Fabulous mindful tool
These are great for practicing breathing and mindfulness techniques. The product itself is bright and intriguing for little ones. The little booklet that comes with it is informative and easily explains everything for these processes. I reccommend practicing this with the children for a few minutes each day so they will naturally use this tool in times of distress.

Good calming tool,
I like the idea of these, as calming toys, my daughter is autistic so sometimes needs something calm to focus on, however her and her brother also made a game out of the mazes, the borrowed some balls from hungry hippo and used them to complete the mazes, they are very good quality, sturdy, will last the rest of time for sure

Learn and fun
It's a nice to have a different kinds of learning and practicing toy, it works different theory of the puzzles that helps kids to build concerntraction and mind practicing when they play it. Typically with kids 3+, it's not easy for them but fun to play them together by tip them little by little, it's not a problem for my 3 years old daughter now.

Unconvincing and unsupported 'therapy'
Parents will be aware that almost every cheap pocket money - toy of the past century has been redefined as an accessory for 'stress release or 'mindfulness' or some other vague mumbo-jumbo, and it's the turn of the maze here.Teachers and therapists know that mazes are good aids to developing hand-eye coordination and are also calming, focused activities for children. This doesn't really mean they promote 'mindfulness', as such, especially since the manufacturers of things like this, while very happy to use the word in promotion and packaging are, like the rest of us, being unable to describe what the word actually means. What you actually get here are 6 finger mazes on three double sided boards: the idea is that the child will trace one of these mazes with a finger and their breathing will slow and regulate and they will become mindful. This might be convincing if the mazes took more than a few seconds to complete, but next door's three year old took less than a minute to trace through all six mazes and promptly lost interest. Toddlers, I'd suggest, just aren't ready for meditation. The boards themselves are very well made, though.

Not convinced of it's benefits
Mindfulness is a word that's overused. I doubt whether this mindful maze set set will ever be overused. Or used, for more than a couple of minutes, for that matter. My young grand-daughter, aged 3 was given these, and spent a couple of minutes tracing the mazes with her finger. They were then discarded as she moved on to something more interesting. Can we expect young children to sit and play with these mindfully, while breathing slowly and deeply and building awareness of what they're doing? I don't think so. Do they need to? Maybe during a tantrum, but I think if you handed one of these to a child during a tantrum they wouldn't suddenly calm down and use them. And what is a cooling breath? And a star breath? They're just marketing ideas to sell the productI hate to give bad ratings without at least showing there is a positive side. But I can't find a positive side to this product. Sorry.

Well made but limited
This is certainly another well-made toy Learning resources. Although the product page says learning resources it seems to be made by a different company and distributed by learning resources. You get three boards here that’s a double sided giving you six puzzles. The puzzles her finger puzzles to promote mindfulness. Our youngest found the use of limited interest and appeal. I really think these types of activities are highly dependent on Child. Certain children will really appeal file others like our youngest lost interest a rather quickly. Saying that each side is very well constructed and is quite heavy and it’s colourful. The pattern so nice and well thought out. Three of the patterns are in the beginners way or the other three are a bit more advanced. An interesting maze activity for the finger that will have limited appeal.Child.
