Amazing all-natural product that is really hard to find on the market. Usually it is only available in capsules but it is better to take this in a straight powder form and rub into your gums with your tongue until it absorbs. A set of little silver spoons is included with the order so the dosage is correct every time. It is sooooo good for gut health which is the most important thing! They say that the root of all disease is from bad gut health. My digestion process is much better since taking this...this is my 4th time ordering this. Before this product I would have lots of hot flashes after eating and felt like I had a difficult time digesting food. This product solves this & I am very grateful for it. I take this one with a few others from the same company and together it all seems to work great! This is a great company where it comes loose by the gram with no harmful fillers and is packed in amber colored glass jars which is very important.

I highly recommend this live probiotic B. Bifidum. After much research, I finally found a pure high potency strain that included a flyer with the product description and serving size. It arrived fast, wrapped in high quality insulated packaging with a nice stainless steel measuring spoon set. I noticed significant improvement with my overall digestion. The is a wonderful product that I use for myself and my clients for large intestinal health. If you are looking for a healthy gut then I encourage you to purchase from them!

The product comes in powdered form which you must then mix with water. Unfortunately it doesn't really mix with water and it tends to create lumps that then stick to your glass. I would be much better if the manufacturer put this probiotic into a capsule!

The product arrived with the outer seal, but when I opened the lid, the inner seal flew off, and when I looked in the bottle, there was only about 1/4 of product in the bottom. I did try one dose and it did not agree with me at all. Product returned. Not a good experience.
