4.0 out of 5 stars Good ! Well written mystery.I reserve my 5 stars for exceptional books. 4 stars means it's very good, but not exceptional. Well written and edited, meaning the story flowed well with no jarring disruptions. With one little nit-picky exception--no IV's in hospitals? Patients getting up and walking around without an IV--Not happening.The story itself was well thought out. Lots of suspense, action, etc. You'll see the end coming from the beginning (except for the details of course) but that's okay in a romance. Very much enjoyed it. Well worth the time spent reading it.

This book was awesome - hard to put down. I highly recommend this great series. I am starting on second book today

This was a good book about Alaska and the relationship between man and dog

The main characters are courageous and determined. Kenzie has come to Alaska following a lead to find her sister who was kidnapped when she was five and McKenzie was thirteen. It has been fourteen years and she is still searching . A wounded soldier and his also wounded dog help her on her quest.

I really like the twist and turns of this story and I was happy she was able to find her sister in the end. I enjoyed that this story didn't go for the very detailed sex scenes that a lot of the harlequin books do. I don't mind the sex scenes but a lot of the harlequin books seemed to be mostly about sex then about the story and yes this book didn't have one at all but it was still great.

The story of a kidnapped sister which leads to a chance encounter between a woman who is searching for her sister and a life she doesn’t know she needs and a man who is a veteran with a host of physical and emotional issues. Together they just may find everything they could ever want. It was a well-written book that kept me reading from the beginning to the end all in one day. I was not able to stop. This writer is excellent

Sweet story with a happy ending. Clean romance that feels genuine. Even the bad guys are different. This review needs these three words.

This is a wonderful story of an injured Vet coming home. They need a lot more help than they will sometime accept. Mane what it takes is someone to love!

Goid light read.
