I bought CUCKOO Rice Cooker when it was on sale and it was worth every penny. I do also own a more expensive model (with more bells and whistles), but when I moved states for a short term stay (6 months) I bought the cheaper version and was impressed by the value.For the price, this rice cooker delivers great results. The quick cook function is a huge plus, cooking rice in under 10 minutes. I have played around with the other settings and I get rice of the perfect texture nearly every time. The built-in measuring cup system, makes it super easy to gage the correct amount of water-to-rice as well.I liked how lightweight it is compared to the other models, that were extremely heavy. On the downside, I have to hold the lid when opening since it will swing open and topple over (learned that the hard way).I also appreciate how easy it is to clean, between the non-stick pot and the fact its dishwasher safe.The only negative, is that I felt the fuzzy logic system on this model isn’t as advanced as the higher-end CUCKOO models, so it may not offer as much precision or extra features.For the price, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a reliable rice cooker without breaking the bank.

This rice cooker superseded expectations! It is multifunctional. Size is convenient the pot itself is heavy duty and easy to clean. Aesthetically pleasing.

I have been in the market for a good rice cooker for a long time now. I've had this for a few months now, and I can safely say that this one has been the best purchase. It doesn't burn the rice, and cooks everything evenly. The timer and the options work nicely. It's easy to store, and I love the look of it. Works fantastic.

I’m Taiwanese and grew up with rice cookers. This one is modern, simple but having used it once I noticed a few things. First off, it does the job fine. Rice comes out fine. But there is room for improvement. The price is great because I got in on sale. The first thing I noticed was that the buttons aren’t very responsive. You have to press them a few times for the machine to register the action you want to occur. Secondly, when you open the rice cooker, the top is so heavy is caused the machine to jumps back and make a loud sound when it comes back to its resting position. Rice cooks quickly and I felt like I needed a bit more water than the 1:1 with American organic long grain rice. It’s compact,Light with a sleek design.

Makes the most perfect rice! I upgraded from a little on/off rice cooker to this one after my cheap one broke and this is such a a great mid-tier option. It looks nice on my counter and is very easy to clean.

Wow! Just bought this rice cooker to replace my previous analog one. I used it for the first time and WOW! Being Asian, I’ve always bought fancy short grain rice. I don’t cook much but when I do, I’ve noticed that my previous rice cooker would often slightly burn the rice towards the bottom. I’ve tried different rice brand and varying amounts of water but it seems to burn the bottom 100% of the time. Last week, I decided to upgrade to something more modern both aesthetically and technology wise. Am I glad I did! The first batch of rice came out perfect!!! The rice was chewy, in a good way, and not more burnt bottoms! The price of this rice cooker was about the same as my last analog cooker and that’s why I’m so surprised! This cooker is a new brand for me and is Korean made. I must say, the Koreans know how to cook rice!! Definitely recommend anyone that eats rice regularly to consider this product. I’m changing this to 4 stars. It’s working fine, cooks the rice well. I do think the instructions could be better, especially for someone who has never used one before. A “quick start guide “ maybe.This does work, maybe I can’t figure it out but it is supposed to be automatic. So far we have ruined several cups of rice. The directions are awful. It seems like you’re supposed to just throw the rice and water in and it cooks. Then there’s a bunch of instructions on how to cook rice.
