Happy with my purchase! My 3-year old Keurig finally died (a slow n painful motor death, sadly as many others have reported on that model) it was time to upgrade. This machine is everything I wanted and more. The milk frother set up is simply ingenious; easy to use and clean. Like anything else u have to find the “sweet” spot for making it the way “you” prefer. Def cold milks r way to go, yielding best results. I have successfully used nut milks and gotten a nice froth. The coffee part and water reservoir are both what I hoped for. No disappointments. Cosmetically, it looks nice on counter top. I was concerned it would have a big feel w frother on side, nope! The shape is a bit different, but overall footprint isn’t obtrusive on counter top location I use for coffee making. It has a updated look and nicer overall aesthetically from any other I’ve seen or owned. It could be my imagination, but I think my coffee and tea tastes better, haha! Could be water system that seems largely efficient. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. If you’re on fence as I was, just do it! I don’t think there’s any chance of any disappointments :)) from look, to taste, function. Clearly well thought out design.
