Didn’t last!!!
It was great when I got it in January and it STOPPED working in June. It only lasted just nearly 6 months. Im not happy about it because I really like the machine. So… looking for another diffuser.UPDATE:I am impressed with the professionalism and customer service. After they read my review they have given me a full refund of this product. And because of it I decided to try this company one more time.I decided to purchase their BlueHills 2500 ML XL Essential Oil Diffuser Aroma Humidifier with Timer for Large Home because I really like their products. So far so good!!! I’ll write a review for the new product i bought.

Beautiful and functional
This works great it holds about a gallon of water. I've only used it on the low setting because that is pretty strong. The timer and light features work great. I discovered though you don't really need to push the buttons hard a very late touch is what makes them work.

Works as described, light seems to be rotating rather than solid
The diffuser works well, the mist seems really light, not a heavy mist that I was hoping for to replace my humidifier.Also, it seems to show that you cannot chose a solid color rather than a revolving one. I’m dissapointed that I cannot do that. It just has one on/off switch. I was hoping to set it to solid white to match the room. I have not been able to contact the seller to ask if there is a way to do so, I am hoping I get an answer through this!

Stopped Working but Great Customer Service
Update: Exceptional customer service! They reached out to me and we tried to troubleshoot, when those things didn’t work they offered refund or replacement! Good customer service is hard to find and this company goes above and beyond!I purchased this in August 2023 and loved it but it has unfortunately stopped working…I’ve cleaned it according to instructions but no mist will come out. Any other suggestions? Has this happened to others? Maybe I just got a bad one?! Prior to it not working I loved the style, the out put of mist, the lights, easy to use …really bummed mine stopped working within 90 days of purchase.

Did not last long
I loved it when I first got it in July I ran it daily my house smelt amazing. Then it just stopped working. I tried cleaning it and it is just not working anymore. Shame because when it was running my house had a wonderful smell throughout.

Lasts a long time
These are great for large rooms and run up to 8 hours! They look great with that design and the light.

Loved the diffuser but it stopped working after 2 months.
The touch buttons stopped working. The only button working is to turn on and it stays at on. I cannot turn on light or adjust timer. Very sad because I really liked the product. It will also start beeping randomly. Can I receive a refund if I return this item?
