Yum
Super crispy. A lot of large pieces. Not a single bit of grease tasted or found in the jar. Very good flavor too.

Best fried garlic topping I've found.
I love adding fried garlic to Asian noodle dishes... and these are the best tasting fried garlic toppings I've found anywhere... including Asian groceries.

Should have read the reviews before ordering
The product is definitely stale tasting with an off-odor additionally to the product being so broken and settled that it was lower than the label. The inner seal was attached, but I don’t think it was sealed.Totally disappointed. I consider this jar defective! I am sure this product was not supposed to taste like this!

Yummy
I got these because I would originally looking for freeze dried whole garlic cloves that I used to snack on but I can't find anywhere. It's a little bit pricey for the size but it's well worth it and I would definitely buy it again and recommend it. I ate a couple spoonfuls right out of the jar when I first got it super crispy crunchy yummy garlic pieces. You can grind it up and use it as a really flavorful garlic powder put it on top of tomato soup or any soups really. I made alfredo pasta and sprinkled this on top it's just an all-around delicious crunchy topping. If you like garlic get this and prepare to smile.

Ehh
These are not very tasty. They have a bit of a rancid garlic flavor.

Good but a bit pricey
You can probably get these for less money at an oriental grocery but if you don't live near to one, this is the next best way to get them. I put them in soups, salads and sauces. They are also a sweet crunchy treat all alone.
