I love this product. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to try it in hopes of being able to get off of the anxiety medication I've taken for 15 years. Nothing else has ever worked, but this has! (I don't recommend stopping your medications w/o your doctor's supervision.) A big plus in taking this is that it gives me energy without making me feel nervous or jittery at all. I just realized after taking it for a few days that I was getting things done around the house that I've put off for years. My daughter is 21 and often works double shifts at her job. I let her take it for a few days and she said it has really helped her not feel tired. I also gave my neighbor a few days supply and she loves it as well. It was recommended in a book by a homeopathy doctor. As I understand it, it helps to make your hormones do more of what they are supposed to. I will definitely being buying it again.

I read about this somewhere and decided to give it a try. I think it's a precursor to hormone function that declines with middle age. I use one a day along with one Pueraria Mirifica by Anterol and I no longer have hot flashes and cold sweats, or even mood swings. Ever. My hormones feel completely balanced for the first time in my entire life. I also take antioxidants, excercise and try to eat a healthy diet for the most part. But without a doubt, I have noticed that I feel much more balanced by using this product and there aren't any side effects.

Nothing like this stuff to ger the cobwebs out of our minds. It helps me to think, to plan, and really makes me feel content, and happy. When we forget our own momories, we can forget who we are.

I definitely noticed a boost from this product. I'm pretty sure it's individual. It also might not be necessary to continue dosage and might be advisable to skip for a few weeks occasionally.
