This is my go to general cleaning product. Works great on many surfaces including counters, appliances, sinks, etc. I like having a small bottle to store versus warehouse size containers. Also you can make it in varying strengths depending on level of dirt and grime. Economical as well!

Finally! After years of searching for a decent cleaning product that doesn't smell bad, we finally found it. I'm even sensitive/allergic to eucalyptus (tea tree oil), but this not only doesn't bother me, I really like the smell. It's MUCH better than those nasty chemicals that the big companies put out. Plus, being shipped in a 12x concentrate makes it eco-friendly to ship and more convenient to store.

Very safe and effective cleaning product that really works in the kitchen, especially on ceramic cooktops.

I love using the Melaleuca products. They clean well and have a nice soft scent.

Just received with missing cap no where to be found inside packaging. It does however look like a new bottle. Since it's concentrated I'll figure out a way to save the liquid. And that's the only reason I've given only four stars.

I first used authentic Tough and Tender concentrate about 8 years ago. Wonderful product. I ordered this just opened the sealed bottle and it has no essential oil smell, and is lightly scented bubble water. 18.00 for 8 ounces of watered down liquid soap. I am better off making my own cleanser out of vinegar and essential oils.
