It Moves
I never disliked Magnesium. Our bodies need this important product. I took it to help stop the constipation. I take 2 at night and by the morning, it takes care of what other fiber stuff doesn't It also helps you stay calm and you can sleep better. So many proteins, and vitamins are missing from some of our foods, so they are in pill or capsules. Taking this mineral really helps me out. Now it may not work for everyone, but it helps me out. I vouch for it.

Excellent supplement brand
This supplement is excellent, though i find the price quite high. It seems that this isn’t available in stores, which might explain the price.

The Only Magnesium that Works for Me
My magnesium levels have been altered from the use of fluoroquinolone antibiotics. TwinLab magnesium capsules are the only capsules that my body can easily digest and absorb.

Something has changed with this product
This product is not as good as it used to be. I don't know what has changed, maybe it is the source for the magnesium but it is definitely not the same product.The price has gone up but the quality has gone down. Go figure. Maybe I just got a lousy batch......
