Jumbo Modern Art Kinetic Quadruple Wind Sculpture Spinner

Wonderful Addition to our Yard. This spinner is beautiful, well made, and unlike others that I have seen. The spin patterns are endless depending on the wind speed and wind direction. Even a slight breeze will get it moving. Several neighbors have commented on just how nice this cool spinner is. The only negative comment I have is that one of the spacers was slightly bent. I had to use a hammer and flat edged screwdriver to pound the spacer onto the shaft. The rest of the assembly was quite ease and only took a couple minutes. I put a big rock on the base and also drove a wooden stake next to the spinner's pole to add stability. Very satisfied with this yard art and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to provide a unique addition to their garden.

This is a colorful spinner and well-made for the price. It is larger than most spinners and has 4 wheels that turn. Each side has a large and a small wheel that spin in opposite directions. For stability since it only has two prongs to go into the ground, I dug a thin hole to accommodate the base piece with prongs, put the pole pieces on, and then leveled. Then I put pre-mixed mortar into hole about an inch from the top of the prongs. I let it set for 24 hours and then put the top pole piece that holds the spinners on the top of other pole parts. We had 30+ mile an hour winds yesterday and the pole is still straight and the wheels were "a'spinnin". Very visible with the shine and colors. We are very happy with this one.

Bought as a gift for my wife. Easy to assemble, catches the wind easily.and looks great. When assembling, I put some silicone spray on all the rotating parts. I did have to straighten a couple of the wheels a bit, but not a problem. We have really strong winds at times, so I'm waiting to see how it will stand up to them. It was packaged well. Note the size, it's pretty big.

Spinner rotates on the post on a smaller od rounded nub, not a bearing, but seems to rotate OK in the breeze. All 4 spinners needed to be balanced and flattened: use clamp on fishing weights on the inside edge of the discs, not the outer edge or they will spin off. once balanced the 2 large spinners spin almost constantly. The smaller spinners need a breeze to get going,,, may get better once the 6200 cartridge bearings are broken in. bearings are relatively protected with a shield washer/cap, looks like weather can't directly hit the bearings. All in all what I'd expect for the price and pretty great once tweaked appropriately. Glad I got it, looks great on my chimney cap.update: disassembled the spinners and removed the cartridge bearings. one smaller spinner had a broken o-ring behind the bearing and was dragging, the other had lost a balance weight. both large spinners were missing the o-ring and the cartridges were loose. checked balance inside and got precise balance using a bit of hot glue. now all the spinners start moving just blowing at it from 3 feet away. and when the air conditioning comes on inside. greased the post. now the spinners are constantly rotating and twist with the slightest breeze

I'm sorry I bought this. Within the first 4 months one of the wheels turned and caused two of the paddles to turn and hit each other. We tried fixing but eventually just removed one whole wheel spoke. I have seen many other yard spinners that were so much more sturdy. I think the price is too high for poor quality workmanship. Better to buy a different one rather than this one.

Attractive; nice flashes of light when spinning. Suggest following "weeblebiker's" approach to checking initial condition of bearings and seals and for balancing vanes with hot glue. Was concerned about the rust and corrosion on the main axle when received; cleaned it up, but suspect it will quickly rust again. Added layer of oil to delay further corrosion, but it will need regular maintenance. Pole is not strong enough to withstand 20mph breeze; bent slightly. Replaced with solid steel pole with 3-prong base. Overpriced considering how much effort is required to make it useful. Concerned reports from others that theirs has come apart after only a few months use. If it comes apart while inside Amazon return period, it goes back.Update: Only had it a couple of days. The pole bent in the wind. The cups hit each other and the whole thing is now out of balance. Might be OK if you can place in an area where there's no strong wind. Too bad; we really liked it.

Its gorgeous! Very nice quality, much larger than I actually thought it would be, which was a really nice surprise. Super easy to put together, and very sturdy. One of the large red circles arrived a little bent, but it was easy to bend back into place and looks totally fine now, & looks awesome out in the garden

Please note that I'm reviewing this based on a used one that I received from Amazon Warehouse.I really liked the looks of this spinner, but didn't want to pay the price they were asking for a new one. I've bought used items from Amazon Warehouse before, and have been very pleased. However, the spinner I got from them had two bent cups, plus a couple of spinners were out of alignment. I don't know if this happened in transit, but I think it could be why the spinner didn't perform as it should have. I gave it three stars because I wanted to give a new one without problems, the benefit of the doubt.We put the spinner up when we were experiencing winds of about 15 mph, and a small spinner I have was spinning like crazy. I expected this one to really spin well, but it didn't spin nearly as well as my small one. Again, it might be because it had some defects, but I can only review this on what we had in our possession.Please not that this thing is really huge and tall, so be sure you have plenty of space for it. If it had worked well, I would like to have been able to leave a pipe section out so that it wouldn't have been quite so tall. It is pretty, and appears to be very well made, but I don't think I'm going to get another one.
