This is a fun item and would make a good gift. I didn't like that the small white balls don't act like the other water beads - it makes me think they're probably less environmentally friendly. The fish are quite pointy and they cut the water beads, but they are fun to use just in water. The scoop tool broke very easily. Otherwise a fun toy.

So adorable
Well worth the purchase. It come with water beads, but we already had some rainbow beads that we went ahead and put inside. The kids absolutely love this addition to our play room!
