I use this knife every day for something. Very comfortable in my hand and cuts clean. Veggies, meat, and even dog treats and pills.

Size matters for what you need. This knife is a bit wider than I need, and about one inch longer. Great knife over all ! Thickness eliminates any fear of cutting through any cold frozen items, and finger hole only adds to the security of not slipping. Bought this because I have its cousin, the big fat butcher knife, and it really slices through anything! Slowly replacing my ceramic knife usage.

I'm a vegetarian so no meat to cut into, though I do eat fish from time to time. This is a serious knife. Absolutely beautiful in design that I almost want to keep it for protection. Definitely a beautiful knife. Cuts through tofu like nothing lol

Knife Came.. Looks Amazing.However, When I went to cut some vegetables, I had to "HOLD" the items in place and CUT Several times!The Tomatoes were mushy after using the knife..The knife is cute.. I may need a knife sharpener to make it sharp.

I'm a knife guy. I have custom handmade knives, cheap knives, expensive name brand knives....I bought this after seeing every single tiktok and IG chef using them to slice meat and such. Was a little unsure about the quality a knife this price could achieve. I was very impressed. I can't really tell much of a difference between this and my $450 chefs knife that I purchased from a forge her in Oklahoma. The sheath is very cheap, but if this came in a hand tooled leather sheath and had a bit higher quality material for the handle, it would definitely glfeel like a knife you paid hundreds for. It keeps and takes an edge pretty well. I've used it for butchering a deer, slicing fajitas, chopping vegetables, its definitely a kitchen knife over a utility knife, and it's weight keeps it from being a good processing knife if you're boning out a whole animal or doing delicate meat work, but for a $20 chopper/slicer, it's excellent. I purchased a 2nd one for a dirty Santa gift and my friends couldn't believe I got it for $30.

I bought one for myself, then I I must have bought at least 20 more for my friends & family. Everyone loves this knife. Don't even think about it. Just get one. Very sharp!!
