I have now tried several brands of Glutamine powder. I'm surprised that not more buyers have ordered this brand. It's one of the largest bottles of glutamine out there, if not the largest at 2.2lbs. And it has a fantastic price! I think, but can't prove, that the reason for the confusion is the photo of the bottle it comes in. When I first saw the image of it in an Amazon search, I thought it was a little bottle because of the narrowing of the top of the bottle. Looks like a small pill bottle. While other glutamine products have a wide mouth to their jars that make them look bigger. Are other people thinking the same thing?I use it with another product that happens to be flavored so I never taste anything. I don't smell anything odd with it either. I'm finishing off another brand of glutamine right now, but I intend to come right back to the Carlyle, I like it that much.The only thing I would change is that the scoop has a rather short handle. I use one that I got elsewhere that has a longer handle and is black so that it's easy to find in that glutamine sea of white powder.

This was my first time using this product and the last. Not only it tastes extremely odd, but it made me very sick each time. I had stomach issues and it made me feel very odd mood-wise. I definitely do not recommend. Maybe another brand will work better.

I’ve been taking L glutamine for years. I’ve had lots of different brands. They never had an order before. This one smells like stinky cheesy feet.
