It works well for me. Not too stiff like others but providing sufficient support and cushioning for my condition

I've been having Achilles issues and these cushions seem to help. They stick really well in some shoes and not at all in others. But once you have your shoes on, your foot will keep these things in place. They really do cushion your steps and make your shoes more comfortable.

I recently got achilles tendonitis after walking a lot during a trip to Europe for several weeks. In addition to exercises, my physical therapist recommended a heel pad. I tried several that were all too hard, uncomfortable or too large. Like Goldilocks, these are just right. Very cushioned, fit perfectly in the heel portion of any show and they stay in place due to a sticky tape peel at the heel. I plan to buy more for all of my shoes.

plantar fasciitis effects the heel (more frequently) and the arch (mid foot, less frequently than heel). these inserts do not provide any support to the arch, and there is very little comfort for the heel.these are purely heel lifts for someone interested in adding a small amount of height while wearing shoes. LOLafter wearing the inserts in 2 different pairs of shoes, they actually made my calves sore, instead of providing any comfort.do NOT recommend unless you want a very small height adjustment

The inserts are amazing ! It relieved all the pain from my heel. I can walk without all the pain shooting up my heel.

I only use them for walking, not running, but they make a big difference. I have a pair of ASICS Gel running shoes that aggravate the pain from bone spurs in my heels. With these heel cups, I can walk around comfortably and my heels don't hurt.In these particular shoes, the adhesive holds the pads in place. I have not tried them in any other shoes.

I wear men size 11 and bought a large and while they seemed to fit they dug into the side of my heels. I figured they might squish out with use and went on a 13 mile hike. They kinda hurt, but now I am home I have taken pain meds till my feet come right. My orthopedist gave me some lifts for my athletic shoes and they are much harder, but they work great. I suspect it is the different footwear - my Rainier hiking boots just can't allow them. But I have very real pain from them. Don't be dumb like me - if they feel off take them out immediately.

They are hard to keep in place. Other than that they work.

Neste produto é so uma parte pintada sem nenhuma diferença.Este produto não tem nenhuma qualidade, não serve para as pessoas que tem esses problemas e pior, tenta enganar as pessoas.Não compreem. O meu cheou hoje e hoje mesmo já vou devolver.

The original page on Amazon says clearly "6 Pack", and I thought I was paying for exactly that at $32.00 still very dear, but the reviews said it was really good. I received only one pair. Exorbitant at that price.
