These work so well. I use one for my car key and use the other for credit cards when I travel. I have tested the signal blocking by attempting to unlock my car while my fob is in the bag, and it is a no-go. Even when I am next to the car, my car is unable to sense the presence of the key, which is exactly what I am looking for. These are small enough to easily fit in my handbook, but large enough to hold all of my cards and keys. I highly recommend - especially for travel, visiting theme parks, fairs, or any other place where your information might get scanned!

Mission Darkness Keyfob Faraday Bags are inexpensive insurance to keep your data from getting hacked/intercepted. I keep a spare one in every vehicle, just in case I forget to grab the one that's sitting right next to my keyfob, and assorted real keys! Okay, tell me you haven't done that a few times?!? I have a number of keys for various other security purposes, and I've attached them to a quick disconnect on the keyfob. The extra keys don't allow the flap closure of the envelope to close properly, so they're removed, and done! Tuck it in a back pocket and off I go! Hope this helps.

These do what they're supposed to. No signals leak from these pouches when your fob is in it. In fact, sometimes I forget the fob is in this and I expect the car to unlock for me as I approach. It doesn't. I find myself a little annoyed that I have to dig in my purse and take the fob out of this case, then I remember that's exactly the reason I got these. These are a bit too large for typical sizes of fobs though. We have BMW and Porsche fobs and these are quite oversized for either of these. That excess material makes it difficult to just slip in a pocket or purse. I turned them inside out, sewed then cut about an inch off the bottom and it's more compact and manageable now. I can still even fit a few credit cards in this if I want to. My phone (Pixel 7 Pro) is too wide to fit in here regardless of if I cut it down or not. There's an elastic band that you're supposed to tuck the top flap into. We find that we don't utilize the elastic at all. If the fob is fully in the pouch, the tucked in flap seems only as a safety so the fob doesn't fall out. I use a small lanyard and secured the fob to the pouch instead. It does it's job well and that's what's important.

Decent RF key fob holder. It's sturdy, looks good, and is large enough for the fob and a few keys. It would have gotten five stars from me if they had only included a strip of Velcro for the flap, because it really doesn't tuck into the overlay band very well. Fortunately, I had some extra Velcro on hand.

After watching a few videos about how thieves are now able to get entry and even steal your car, i had to get this. They are using a device that steals the signal from your key fob and transmit it to the car. I have purchased Faraday bags in the past from this manufacturer and I must say they are very effective in blocking out attempts. You can even put your RFID credit cards in this bag without worrying about someone stealing the info. I have tested this particular bag once I got it and I can say it works 100%.

Buyer Beware I bought a Mission Darkness cloth signal blocking Faraday Bag for my keyfob from Amazon, along with other products from their company & received this product on 10/31/25. The cloth signal blocking envelope only worked for 2 months, 19 days & now it won't block the signal, no matter how exactly I close it. I even put my keyfob in a plastic bag each time, before I put it in the Mission Darkness envelope to avoid any wear on the fabric. I was very careful to take care of the envelope. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and how it stopped working after only 2 months, 19 days, which is unacceptable. I sent feedback to the Mission Darkness people and I hope they respond. I think they should replace the product as it did not last. This product doesn't appear to block the signal for very long or hold up to even the most careful use of it. If they correct this issue and the new product works for longer, I will update my review. Update: The vendor never got back to me or replaced the product despite me contacting them.

Using it on my 23 Q7 with a prox fob key. I've tried several other products, but the other products were those sort of "hard / stiff" case, which did NOT work at all. Other products, I was able to still lock / unlock the car by pressing the button through the pouch from standing about 5 meters away - utter rubbish. However this pouch is a softer material, like a soft fabric and it REALLY does the job! I've tried it near & far & inside the car, the moment you put your key fob in, it 100% blocks out the signal. I have no concerns now parking the car outside, since I have placed BOTH my key fobs in the pouch and am very confident it would deter any relax attacks. Highly recommend!

It works. I used it for my car fob and when it's in the pouch and the cover to the punch folded over and tucked into place as the instructions say, I cannot open the car door. So far so good after using it for a few days.

Just received hubby's bags yesterday. He has a rather large fob and doesn't like rigid bags. The fob fit in this bag and it could close under the elastic strap. He likes this as well as the fact he can put it in his pocket. I tested the bag when it came in and I could not unlock the door at the button. Win. I took the fob out, unlocked the door, put the fob back in the bag and closed it. I tried to start the car and it said "Key not detected". Double win. Having tried one I bought at a local store and took back, Mission Darkness bags are far superior.
