I have not tried the product because as soon as I opened it there were 3 vials broken.

Great product but no recourse if it is damaged. So then why should I use Amazon to purchase this product in the future if I an stuck with a damaged product. I would give it 5 stars but because there is no return policy on damaged items it gets 1 star.

I take one vial daily with coffee. The taste is a little bitter but with coffee it is fine. I think it helps stamina.This box came damaged due to packaging protection error. Had to reorder. Credit given.Done same day
