Amazing for the price. Grabbed a pair of 6x9s and 5.25s to toss in my boat to replace the original 5.25s (only 2). I cannot believe how good these sound considering the cost of them. Figured they would sound ok at best and the cost was low enough that if they die in a few years, no big loss. I certainly hope they last long than that with how good they sound. Highly recommended for a budget replacement. 6x9s have good low end, and the upper range sounds great as well. 5.25s sing nicely and have pretty punchy bass for being only a 5.25. Can't wait to perchance an amp and see how they sound then.

Was a bit skeptical when I bought these. Wanted to build a custom Bluetooth boom box and was debating in going with a car setup or more traditional Speaker. Glad I chose these! They remind me of the Polk reference speakers I had back in the day. They are pretty clear on the high side and with the box size these hit the lows nicely. With a small 2x50 class d amp board running @12v 5amps. Grab them if you are in the fence.

I bought these for my daily driver so the goal was to not spend a lot of money. You first have to understand that door speakers will not give you subwoofer style bass. The factory paper speakers in my Nissan we’re pretty much blown and distorted and high volume. The speakers are very comparable sound quality wise to Pioneer and Kenwood which I have used in the past. Build quality look pretty decent and I can’t speak on longevity yet. They definitely need a couple hours to break in the voice coil. At first there really wasn’t much bass at all but on my three hour car ride I really started to hear more depth from the speakers. For the price that these are listed at and what you get product wise these are a very competitive product to some of the other bigger name brands out there.

It’s packaged like a million bucks. They look to be built with quality looking stuff,,, but. They don’t sound great. I really hate to say this but I think the regular factory speakers sounded just as good.It’s just a very flat sound.I will be changing to a better head unit and if the sound is better I will up date this review.In my opinion these sound more like boss then Polk.But, they are priced like boss but looks to be built better.

I'm very impressed with the build quality and sound quality for the money. There are other extremely similar speakers on the market that are 3x the cost. I would and probably am going to buy another pair just to have in case the price goes up!

Not a con in my books so far. One week in on a stock 02 head unit intercepted with a never fully tuned in Bluetooth wireless transmitter . Even with that static and never fully there output the tweeters on these things scream, the mid and bass I can’t answer on as I got subs and only feel the bass from them. But the highs are crisp, clean and will make your ears ring. The build quality is solid and seemingly very reliable. The sound easily knocks any other 6.5 under $30 out the water. Black diamonds gonna soon boom like skar went too with good, quality built products. accurate power ratings and very rich reproduced sound. Get the goods while there still cheap! Update: I’ve since put one pair on a touch screen HU & the rears on a 800/2 amplifier & they 1 sound great (the head unit powered pair are def power hungry) and both pairs are still in tact and fully functional. Good buy!!

These didn't last as long as I hoped. The build quality was OK but after 2 months of being in the car, they are heavily distorted with the bass all the way down and high pass filter enabled on the radio at quarter volume. So save your money and get something else.

I run a little car audio shop and have installed alot of different brands of speakers, lately I have referred 5-8 people to buy these. And they have all been very satisfied. 1 pair of the speakers split at the surround from over tightening a screw. Which could have been my fault but I do feel as if here should be a type of protection there to prevent that from happening. But overall excellent product, keep it coming DS18

It's an okay set of speakers, it's not all that much better than the OEM speakers.Overall it's okay for what it is
