Bloom of the Flower Dragon: A Branches Book (Dragon Masters #21)

Dragon Masters is a must have! We have been collecting since it first released. My sons would reread them all over time including #21.

The Dragon Masters books are great books for kids ages 8 to 10. Boys and girls will love this series. The characters in this series are both. In each book there are new dragons and dragon masters. It’s a great book series.

My son is reading at a 2nd grade level and he managed to read this book in a day. He loves the characters and thr storyline. He binged the whole series all 24 books in less then a month. If you have a beginning chapter book reader I highly recommend the series. He couldn't help but put his tech and toys down and read every chance he got.

I love this series. Easy to read, fun for beginner readers, it has DRAGONS and a great story line. What I really love about this series is reading for the clues to discover which geographical location on Earth is being talked about in this particular book. From landmarks, historical sites, and cultural tidbits this book series is a great treasure hunt for older students. Thus, in our one room classroom, this book series is a great tool to learn reading, comprehension, and fact from fiction.

If you're buying #21, you've probably bought #1 - 20, too. My now-nine-year-old son read the first one of these as his first big book (maybe in first or second grade?), and he's still excited about them, years later. Like the others, it was 90 pages (he knows what to expect!), and he happily whizzed through it in 33 minutes. These are great early readers - and great for kids who've loved them all along!

My 5-year-old can't read the Dragon Masters books on his own yet (though he's getting there), but he loves having us read them to him. The stories are interesting and the illustrations are engaging and plentiful. We've searched for other series from Scholastic and elsewhere, but Dragon Masters books are by far the best.

Can't wait till next one

My son is almost 5 and we've read the whole series 2-3 times already - although our first time reading this book. First night he had a night terror - maybe unrelated of course - but the whole book they are talking about a red eyed monster. We finished the book the second night because I needed to show my son it wasn't scary after all.. however the monster wasn't a shadow or a friendly dragon at all but a monster. They defeat it and it's happy ending but we will probably not be reading this book again for awhile.The next book invisible dragons comes today and I'll have to read that first before starting it at bed time because I'm worried that will also be a bit scary.

My daughter has been reading this series of books for 3 years now. She is reading well above the level, but likes the stories and the fantasy world of the trainers, the dragons and their adventures which result in good triumphing over evil.She has the entire set from book 1-21 and I pre-ordered #22 months ago.The characters are entertaining for the young readers whether girls or boys. Not too advanced, but just enough to keep their interest and help in their reading skills and following the stories. Daughter remembers connections between the various books and the current one (whichever on is the newest).If you want an adventure book for your young reader that either you read to them of they can read themselves this is a great choice. Keep their attention with the stories, the heroes, the villains and of course all the dragons.

Very nice book to read with your kid.

We thoroughly enjoy reading this series. Its quick and short reads for me to read to my sons, but its also a book they can read.Series is great to reread many times too.

This book release was on my sons birthday, I pre-ordered and it was delivered on the release date. My son was over the moon happy and it by far is his favorite book and his favorite bday gift. We're on chapter 7 now today and it's hard for him to put it down.
