Great design, good durability?
The media could not be loaded. The design of this medical pouch is fantastic, obviously since it’s a copy of the T.Rex arms MedOne pouch it has all the same benefits. It’s very slim so that it doesn’t bulge out when you’re trying to sit in a vehicle or go prone and it’s easy to access and get the essentials. That being said, be aware that this pouch probably can’t hold as much as you think it can. A few chest seals, some gauze and maybe some shears or a npa and that’s about it. So the design is great and the quality seems good, however I’m not sure how it will hold up after rough use compared to the TRex arms one. If something were to give out I’d guess it be the zippers (not YKK) or the TQ strap at the bottom (which is INSANLEY tight for a standard TQ…I think it was definitely made for a SWAT-T). Overall though you really can’t beat this product for the price it is. I personally hate paying tactical companies like TRex $50+ for simple pieces of nylon. So yeah, get this

I like this pouch.
I do wish it was slightly thicker, but overall I like it. It's my daily carry IFAK. TQ elastic is still solid after like a year. The zip is also solid. Mine is slightly overstuffed and the zip holds well and shows no sign of wear or strain. Inner velcro for additional loops. It's a good deal for a backpack IFAK. I wouldn't use it on a belt as it's a bit too tall.

Great med kit
Holds more than I even thought it would. Solid quality and storage is great. Small enough to keep on back and not notice when riding in a vehicle. I keep a TQ on the bottom band, 2 chest seals, 2 things of guaze, scissors, and narcan in my med kit!

Ideal Size
I have two IFAK kits in this form factor, this PETAC and a competing model. The competitor is larger in all three dimensions, the internal 'caddy' is also larger. While that may seem great, it's just too big to wear on a belt. This is small enough to wear in any position, including at 3 or 9 o'clock around the smallest radius arcs on my waist and be comfortable. The competitor is more suited for a full on trauma kit and attaching to a bag (though it also is made for a belt, and has no MOLLE components). The only thing the competitor has going for it is the 'caddy' Velcroes in place rather than floating free, as with the PETAC.The PETAC's lower elastic straps are just a little small and make it incredibly difficult to fit a SOF-TT tq in; emergency removal will take a bit of mental effort to slow down and exercise fine motor skills in extracting the tq (the competitor is opposite, strap loops are too wide, tq is likely to be lost). This is a great IFAK pouch. It's not made to contain everything you want to carry in a full kit. Full kits are great, but unless you carry an entire bag with you daily or during your outdoor activities they're useless. This can be with you at all times, slim and out of the way, which makes it far more valuable. Load it up with enough to get you back to your car in one piece, sort out anything worse there.

Works great!
Holds everything I would need if someone was to gets wounded training or out in the field. Durability seems great and the zippers are holding up well too. I like the fact that I can access everything in it with either hand.Items that I have in this pouch areTourniquet, Advanced blood clotting sponge, medical gloves, medical scissors, pre-lubricated nasal airway, medical Band-Aids, chest sealer, decompression needle, black magic marker, compression gauze and an emergency bandage. With all these items in here I could still fit a couple more things if needed lol. So yea for this price pull the trigger and get one because this is definitely just as good if not better then the expensive name brand ones.

Legit TQ won’t fit
The pouch itself is fine and the mounting options are fine but putting a legit NAR tourniquet into the straps on the bottom is almost impossible. Removing it may be easier but it doesn’t do that job well. However, the TQ fits inside the pouch with plenty of space.

Bang for your buck.
This is the same exact pouch as the name brand pouch for a quarter of the price. The zipper is the worst part of this pouch. It can get stuck at times but overall the pouch gets the job done.
