Very good product
It was easy to install. I called a garage door specialist to adjust it, and the result was great - no noise.Good product

High quality product; installation is moderate difficulty project
Choose these rollers because of long rated life, rust on stems of old rollers, and I'll admit I liked the tricked out black & red look. I expect this will be a one time job.Result was quieter and completely smooth movement of garage door. Lift motor is now the dominant source of noise. The bearings were completely worn on 4 of the 12 original metal rollers from 1996. Metal rollers with bad bearings explain the noisy and jerky door movement. The installation is moderate difficulty project. Please watch several videos and decide whether you want to use the claw hammer/bent track or the loosen brackets method. Be very careful with bottom rollers and do not attempt to modify spring adjustment, especially an old spring.I used the claw hammer/bent track method after cleaning tracks heavily filled with grit and grease. Went smoothly until last roller when counterbalance cable came loose because I lifted the door too high. Project completed in under 3 hours including meticulous track cleaning, stopping to review videos on reattaching cable, and somewhat difficult cable reattachment because of small clearance between spool and wall. Could be done in under an hour. Quoted price from Garage Door service was $300.

These are fantastic, and manufacturer stands behind them with great service
I extensively researched the differences between all the nylon roller offerings by this maker currently because they are so similar, and found a webpage on the maker’s site that describes these Titan black and reds as 3x more corrosion resistant whereas the other similar nylon wheels are only 2x more corrosion resistant in salt air environments. And they also support more repetitions in lifts although the listings here seem to have the same number as in the other listings. These Titans are as of today the best available. They are very quiet in use because the old metal rollers are thinner and also metal clacking on metal inside the track. A great improvement! One of my rollers had a tiny crack in the cap, maybe from being tossed around a bit during shipping. The end caps are just thin plastic dust covers that pop on and off easily, and I thought a crack would let in corrosive salt air and possibly sand here by the beach. So I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon messaging and they were amazing in their rapid and stupendously great response! Thank you! These rollers are definitely a worthwhile upgrade. Be sure to watch a YouTube video on how to change out the bottom rung of rollers though before doing it, so you don’t have any unfortunate accidents! Very important, the lifting cables for your garage door are tensioned to and screwed into the same plates you would remove to change the two bottom rollers (one on each side), but you can change them using other methods like popping them out of the track instead, so check out YouTube for that.

Great rollers; terrible boxes!
I decided to replace the worn out and very noisy 1989 rollers on my 2 garage doors. Each are 8 feet tall and use 12 rollers for each door. These seem to be the highest quality rollers I could find, and they do not cost a lot so chose these. After watching a LOT of very helpful YT videos I felt quite confident this would not be a difficult project---and I was right, after just now completing the first garage door. Took a little bit more than an hour.Just about everyone warns you NOT to unfasten the bottom hinges as they are attached to the tension spring. It could be very dangerous to detach the bottom hinges.Fortunately YT shows several fairly easy ways to replace the bottom rollers without detaching the bottom hinges. There are expensive sleeves you can buy to put on the roller rods to reduce the rattling of the rods. But a lot of people have complaints about them not fitting correctly---too small. Some decided to cut them along the length of the sleeves. I almost bought sleeves and maybe do that, but instead I opted to just put duct tape around the roller rods (photo). Seems to work great. One YTer used heat shrink tubing. That might work good also.I now have about 1/4 the noise level while opening and closing the garage door. Really nice!! Previously the noise was really annoying me. Not now.It will be even quieter when I install the belt-driven/DC motor opener next week.I am sorry to deduct one star for these great rollers but the package I received contained the 2 boxes of 12 roller I ordered. But the rollers were scattered though-out the package, all the rollers falling out of their boxes. Fortunately none of the rollers appear to have been damaged. Still----------!Update: Just installed on my 2nd garage door and the reduction of noise is about 10% of what it was. Hard to believe! Amazing!

They were easy to install and made my garage door quieter and easier to operate.

Quiet operation of the garage door.
The media could not be loaded. Before the garage door made loud screeching noises from the rollers and hinges. The nylon rollers and lubricant on the hinges made the door quieter, not silent but considerably quieter.

Garage door roller
I watched several videos on how to replace the garage door rollers. I decided to remove the hinges one at a time and cleaned them with brake cleaner. For the bottom roller you have to raise the door all the way up because of the tension of the wire cable. After installation not one screeching sound. They've been installed for a month and still no squeaks. Installation was fairly easy with simple hand tools.
