Excellent step saver for use when drawing up G-Tube feedings into ENFit syringes from standard baby bottle. Saves the mess of drawing up formula and making a mess around the syringe when giving g-tube feedings to my 3-year-old grandchild. Good seal and so much more efficient!

Pros: easy to wash, easy to screw on, fits parents choice baby bottles Cons: it is not threaded so you have to push the syringe onto it to fit, the cap that attaches to the opening can be a bit snug to pop off, the opening can snap off. We bought 10 of these, we are on our second after the first one broke after about a month(ish) of 5x daily use so I would suggest always having a back up All in all this has been an absolute game changer to my gtube dependent twin toddlers who syringe feed 5-6 times a day, I warm up their nourish in the baby bottle, screw this cap on and fill up their syringes. No more trying to balance an empty backless syringe to pour the formula in and then try to finagle the plunger back on or sticking the tip of the syringe into the formula and sucking it up and then having to rinse off the tip of the syringe before connecting. 15/10 would buy again

Saw a mom on tiktok talk about using these. So I purchased them to put on my child's Dr. Bronners bottles so I can get water out with a syringe without putting the syringe inside the water. They work well. I plan to purchase more when I run out.
