Good product

My original sink drain catcher broke (it kept falling inside) so I wanted to buy one to replace it but also catch hair to prevent clogs. This looked great when I saw it, and when I got it, I was happy. I noticed after a day or two that the water started draining a little slower. I noticed that toothpaste builds up too much at the bottom part of this, so you need to clean it frequently. I'm still happy with it though.

The product seems to work OK and has minimal effect on water drain flow. Did not have it long enough yet to see how it works on catching hair.However, small design flaws.1. I consider my sink to be of standard size and i had to trim the bottom flare to make it fit. There are no structural supports in the center core which make it scrunch up when trying to insert into the drain. Trimming 1mm from around the bottom flare fixes this problem.2. The head of the Shroom only has 2 tall support spacers. This is too tall, which is easy to adjust with a minor trim. But the big problem is that there are only two support spacers. This allows the head to tilt from side to side which looks ugly. If it was designed with 3 or 4 support spacers, then it would keep the top flush with the sink drain.
