Innovating Science Periodic Table Pen

I kept on having so many different places that my periodic table was at, that it was pretty much useless, and the gas law formulas were at different areas of my notes, so I had to constantly flip to different areas of my notebooks when I was studying or doing homework. I got this pen to see if it would help, but I didn't know that it would have so much more information on the back of the periodic table! Gone are the days of trying to remember which notebook the periodic table was in, now I can just pull it right out of the pen I am using. The pen itself writes wonderfully, and the information really helps when studying. Plus, I am saving a lot of time now that I have all of this information at one place. I asked my sister, who is a science major in college, if this is still useful for higher level science classes, and she even said that this would be very useful. If you or someone you know if enrolled in a high school or a college science class, this item is a great item to get.

This is the coolest pen ever. I haven't written with it yet but the fact that the periodic table is a part of the pen itself is so convenient, AND when you pull it out to use the table it does not bunch or get crumpled and retracts back nicely. Great quality and an awesome stocking stuffer or small gift for any science person. I highly recommend it!

This little pen is a great gift for any chemistry or science lover. The table pulls out nicely, however I could see it breaking after a bit of use. It is made of cheaper plastic, however this shouldn't be the key factor when thinking about this as a gift. The pen still writes very well and I used it almost every day until the pen ran out of ink.

Neat idea but when the chart is pulled out (unraveled) not all the info can be read. It's also inconsistent with how much will pull out. Sometimes it's all the way out (6") and sometimes it's only 4.5".

Got it as a gift for my daughter. She is absolutely Love it! She was jumping with happiness,she love chemistry and have periodic table in pen was very joyful, an expected, unique gift for her and somthing she can use . Very easy to use, compact, I had wrap it in different box gor gift as it came in plastic bag but less than 24 hours delivery.

Our 20yr old son is prepping for the Orgo Chem 2 Final, along w/ 3 other high level classes, and he's exhausted. This arrived and I was just about to wrap it for a Stocking Stuffer.. Then we decided to offer it to him early. He looked at it, then i told him to pull out the side clip. He was AMAZED! He closed his laptop for the 1st time all weekend, and began to read the pull out clip on this pen. He said it was perfectly accurate and wishes I had given it to him BEFORE Orgo 1, last year.. He was very happy ...Thank You.

My husband is currently majoring in chemistry,so I bought this for him to take to class. He was SO excited when I gave it to him. He took it to class the next day and showed all of his classmates. They thought it was super cool. They were all asking where he got it from. He was really impressed with how much information is on the periodic table. It is really helpful when he forgets his paper version.

I purchased this for my self-proclaimed "nerd" of a son who loves science and gadgets. He loves it and has found it's a great conversation starter. The pen writes well and the slide out table is printed on a sturdy and colorful plastic like paper. It isn't flimsy at all and seems like it will last a long time. You never know when you'll have a periodic table emergency so be prepared!
