so , an update. it works and bolts on , the one from napa locked up and I got this one to help with the price difference and the cost of the other parts I had to replace. this one is still loud ,never shuts off and the tempature guage fluctuates. so, I did say chance it but I take that back , just lay the 200 bucks and get oem. so I guess I will go back and change it again for the 3rd time.bought in February, I used it for a while and sounded like a dump truck the whole time. It started to sound spun or like a roll of penny's dropped on the floor when the truck started and when the fan started to spin. I put the original one back on and it fixed the problem.so as for an emergency it will work, but if your looking for it to last more than 3 months you better get oem
