This camera gives a very clear picture and the autofocus seems to work well. It is generally a very significant improvement on my older webcam.However, the white balance has been a problem for me. Everyone online commented that the picture had a very reddish hue despite trying different lighting conditions. I eventually solved the problem (on PC) by using the webcam settings accessible through Skype and other video capture programs, but not the built-in Windows 10 camera app, to switch off the auto white balance option. That has made the picture much better - a little harsh perhaps in daylight but good with the addition of a little artificial light.The zoom feature is useful (five levels achieved by pressing the button on the back repeatedly) but only seems to work with some apps like Skype & Zoom. Not yet tested with Teams or Google meet.The LED lighting ring doesn't make a lot of difference in my experience and is a problem if you wear glasses because there is a significant and annoying reflection. It might be useful if not wearing glasses or using the camera in the dark.Overall therefore, it is a reasonable value for money webcam giving a very clear picture but on my Windows 10 systems (desktop and laptop) needs a bit of technical tweaking in order to achieve a natural looking picture.As others have said, the instructions are poor and the manufacturer's website even worse with no specific drivers for the product available and only a link to a piece of video capture software which doesn't allow access to the webcam settings that can be accessed from some other apps.

The media could not be loaded.  This camera has really good clarity. It is much superior to all the other web cameras I have owned. Up until now I have been using £20 webcams and although they are good, they are always one bit less than the premium cameras. So .. as a family of streamers and you tubers, currently working from several computers in different rooms and locations I am now spoiled with this. The light has different strengths and colours, there is no noise or pixelation in the footage. The built in microphone works very well too, surprisingly clear sound for the fact it is built in.

My laptop’s camera and microphone was becoming inadequate for my zoom calls. It kept cutting out and picture quality was poor. This little piece of technology is perfect for my needs. A true upgrade! The picture quality on my zoom calls are sharper and brighter, the touch ring light around the camera is great and a zoom at the back of the camera. Great price! Very pleased.

Can't get this product to work on a variety of PCs and Windows systems. Downloaded their software AmCap and that does not work either. So my experience is that this is a waste of money. This is the second camera I have bought on Amazon which does not work.

Used the camera for streaming. No problems so far. Camera comes with a little cleaning cloth and the usb and it’s ready to plug in and use.

It’s a decent camera. Does the job and the zoom feature is the best. It means I can control the extent of the background shown which is what I wanted.

It's ok, good for what it's for but not the clearest of pictures

This is a VERY impressive webcam in terms of image quality. It's only 1080p, but oh my days does it produce clear images! I'm especially impressed by the low light capabilities of this webcam which gives pretty good images! Of course you can expect some graininess in low light, but it still produces a nice bright image! The microphone quality is also very good, no complaints there! The auto focus also works a treat... You wave your hand in front of the webcam and it resets the autofocus!My main issue is this new annoying trend where the product page images are more helpful than the instruction manual. I had no idea how to turn on the ring light, so I looked it up in the manual... No mention of how to turn it on. I was baffled... I started randomly messing around with the webcam itself and realised the front plate is touch sensitive and that's what's used to control the ring light! There's a button at the back of the webcam which is used for zooming in the camera. This is actually an amazing feature that I didn't even realise I needed.... Sometimes you don't want the whole of your room to be in the background of a call, so zooming in a few times does a good job of hiding most of it!Overall, this is a great webcam and I would highly recommend it!
