These socks are super soft and have just the right compression to help my legs. I have plantar fasciitis, restlessness leg syndrome, and arthritis and these have made my legs so much better. I was skeptical but they do take the pain and discomfort down to a very low level. Highly recommend. As some say they do shed a bit at first. I washed mine on cold in the washer and low dried and they are not shedding now. Still fuzzy and comfy just no more fuzz coming off. Hope that helps.

**update: i had ordered two pairs and, for the second pair i hand washed lightly, hung dry, and didn’t walk in AT ALL. only bed. twice. so far, it’s not shedding. so... upping the stars and updating review. they are the softest, best compression sleep socks i’ve ever tried. perfect other than i described below — so if you’re willing to treat them with a ton of TLC, may be worth it. i’ve decided it’s worth it to me. *** loved these right out of the package. was going to order more. but after one wash (gentle, cold) and one night, they’re shedding huge amounts of fluff. so much that patches of the soft spots are actually gone. like, threadbare spots. i’m confused about this.
