What are the differences between this support and the Genutrain?

Can it be worn on both right and left knee?

The one I received said left knee. Tried it on my right and didn't fit right.

I'm a size 5 in the blue and black ones. What size would I be in this brace, size large? Also do they shrink??

I have the black and blue ones also and I am the same size. I'm a 4. I have been using mine for a couple of months now and they haven't shrunk. Hope this helps...

Does this knee brace hurt the back of your knee? I've had tons of knee braces and after an hour of wearing it pinched the skin on the back of my knee.

I have not had any problems with pinching using the Bauerfeind support. I have been surprised that the flexible plastic strips along both sides (green in picture) have not created friction points. The support is comfortable to wear for my running purposes - 3 to 6 miles five times a week.
