The camera just stopped working after less than 2 1/2 months. How do I get a replacement?

Please let us know via Amazon or service(at)ewaysafety.com, we will help you solve.

Does this work with an aftermarket radio ?

It should work with any radio that’s video capable!!!!

How do I file a warranty claim? Installed this yesterday (purchased in July 2022) and it does not work.

I messaged the vendor when I had an issue and they responded and sent me a replacement camera after they had me do some troubleshooting steps. New camera came and fixed my issue.

Can I get the exact measurements? I bought a different one and it was too short and did not stick out far enough.

Yes, of course. Please let us know via Amazon or emma(at)gzcxiang.com which part you would like to know the exact measurements.
