This product is not only very attractive but also so clever and compact. There is never any residue to scrub off as it always drains perfectly. You can place it at the edge of the sink top or on a shower shelf and it takes up so little room but still holds a good size bar of soap. Love it and highly recommend.

Ayuh, this one does do exactly what it should: holds the soap in place and drains really well. I've had those prickly types and the silicone dishes, and all they do is hold the soapy moisture and built up the soap slime over a few days. I was hot water rinsing it every other day to eliminate the built up of soap scum. Silicone is the worst! Got the new dish and every morning the soap is bone dry and the dish remains clean of any soap scum. Best money spent and it looks great too. Should help the soap to last longer too where it's drying out between uses.

Angle allows soap to dry out and gets rid of the slime that happens in traditional soap holders. Great product.

Tight squeeze for my regular 4 oz, rounded bar - I have to place my soap very carefully onto dish otherwise it slips off. As bar has gotten smaller it's a bit easier to use this soap dish. Water/soap dripping will drip off sides if not careful. Soap dish was nicer looking than what the picture shows. It's also probably best to use with square edged sink. I have rounded sink and have to hang the soap dish edge over brim to avoid having ends drain onto the counter.

I've been using this for almost a month now and it does what you expect it to do. You'll never have that soggy bottom on the soap from water pooling at the bottom of a traditional soap dish and it stays relatively clean. If it does get a little bit of the soap gunk on it, I just run it under water and wipe the excess pieces of soap off with my fingers and it's good as new again. There is good weight to it since it is marble, which I prefer so it helps keep it in place. I highly recommend this.

Does the job of keeping the soap from getting all wet and mushy b/c it's sitting in a puddle of water. Looks nice and elegant. Got one for every shower.
