This illuminated 39X magnifyng glass is a good value. It is well made and has three levels of illumination. I like the fact that the three AAA battries are replaceable since built-in batteries can fail after a while and cannot be replaced.I bought this uniy so that I could see and remove a very small circlip on my motorcycle, With this unit, the job was easy.At the price, this unit is a good value. Highly recommended.

I didn't realize I needed a magnifying glass until I got this one to work on my computer. Holy cow this is nice!! I love that the lighting color can change so you can see more clearly depending on the ambient light around you. I also appreciate how clear things are as you look through it. Absolutely would recommend this for someone who needs a little extra help seeing small details and it would also be a wonderful item for someone who struggles with their vision in everyday life with reading too. The additional light that is provided is a huge help, and I'm very glad I bought this item.

Exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy and well made. I like that the magnification is the entire glass area. There are no tiny little circles with varying magnification. The light shows over the entire glass area. The three different light hues are very helpful.

It's a good assistive device, but some sort of stand would make it much better

You get up in years like me and the fine print on just about anything poses a true bother! I have a "Sherlock Holmes" type glass on the desk that works fairly well in good lighting conditions. Later on in the evening not so well. I bought this product not really expecting much. Boy was I wrong. The big glass was sent to the bottom drawer, and this one became the star of the show. The different light settings are great! The glass is a perfect size for most reading needs. I really do recommend giving this a try. I think you'll be pleased with what you "see."

Getting up there in years, these visual aids become inevitable. But the design this is great. Nice strong magnification and the light control and variety work great. It comes with a little pouch, if you're anything like me, it's not going to get used. On a plus side, the design is such that you can set it on flat surface and the lens will not get scratched; plastic is thick and descent.

Great magnifier. I like the different light options. It works great for what I need. I use it for some general reading of small print and for inspecting coins. It definitely helps bring coin details into focus.

I have purchased three of these, one was a gift for my father. He laughed because he said he didn’t know he needed a magnifying glass but one day he was reading something that was small. These are good to have on hand. I have two around the house for myself. I like the light also.
