Signature Sleep Aid, 192 Tablets (3 Pack)

These work for me on the nights I can't sleep. I don't wake up groggy in the morning. These are great to have on hand.

Even 1/2 works great. Not addictive. My go to when fear I won't sleep well.

Unfortunately, the accumulated stress took its toll: sleep became shallow and intermittent. Lack of sleep triggered even more stress, so I had to take a radical solution. I drink this half an hour before bed, fall asleep quickly and sleep all night (at least 8 hours). If for some reason I wake up at night, I quickly fall asleep again. A great solution! My heart calmed down (from stress I learned where it is located on me, lol). Yes, I feel a little sleepy in the mornings, but this is still the winter-spring period with long nights. If I go outside, it is refreshing wonderfully. Yes, the taste is bitter. If someone is very bothered by this, you can put it in an empty capsule and drink it like that.

Before resorting to OTC medications, I try natural remedies, but every so often they fail and I find myself unable to sleep. What sold me on this was the boast that one wakes up without feeling groggy and there is only one small pill as opposed to two large ones. I must say that it worked quickly--I was out within fifteen minutes and stayed asleep for about seven hours, but the little pill is disgusting. (I learned that the hard way. It's best to down it right away, rather than letting it rest on the tongue for any duration, or with a flavored beverage.) I was groggy upon waking and suffered from a bit of dry mouth and a minor lack of coordination (beyond typical morning grogginess), but these side effects weren't nearly as bad as with some other OTC sleep aids. I found that these symptoms were lessened if I drank a full bottle (16.9 fl oz) of water with the pill or if I drank the bottle upon waking it would only last for about ten minutes. All in all, for the price and effectiveness, this is a winner. (*The active ingredient in this sleep aid is also an active ingredient used in NyQuil.)

They work well! Don’t take to late or you will be very sleepy next morning

This didn't work great, but I don't expect over the counter ones that are basically decongestants to knock me out. However, they did assist with some of the things that decongestants do--making sure I breathed well and was less likely to either struggle falling asleep or, once asleep, be so bothered by my shallow breaths that I could hear them. If you're the kind of person who is felled by the half-benedryl they put in Tylenol PM, this pill may have all the effect you need to sleep well with less dry mouth.

I have trouble sleeping, and I started taking this medication. I actually ask my primary care doctor to look at the ingredients and ask him if it was OK for me in my mid 80s to take the. My doctor said yes, it is fine.. so I take it every night when I get ready to retire I highly recommend this product, but will say each individual needs to check with their physician first

They really worked well for getting us to sleep for both my husband and myself. The problem is that we both slept for two hours longer than usual, meaning 10 hours! Then we both felt drugged this morning and have each taken a 1-2 hour nap as we were still feeling tired. Will not be taking them again. BTW, we each only took one pill before bed and were looking for a less interrupted night of sleep, which we got.
