These GenTeal gel drops make your eyes feel lubricated and soothed!
This reasonably priced GenTeal gel drop product is very effective for extreme dry eye syndrome. It is easy to insert but it blurrs the vision temporarily because it is thicker than regular eye drops. I usually use it before bed. It helps to keep my eyes lubricated throughout the night. It has reduced the redness in my eyes and leaves them feeling soothed for up to 8 hours. It is safe for long term use.

Best sensitive dry-eye gel
Out of all the dry eye/sensitive eye gels I’ve tried, this one is both the most effective and the gentlest.Recommended by my Opthamologist, and he was right.

The only drops that work for my dogs KCS
I have a senior dog who has KCS in one eye and has had it for years. This is the one and only eye drops OTC that is reasonably priced abd effectively keeps his eye lubricated. My vet always says how well my dogs eye is compared to other pets he sees and I wholeheartedly believe it's bc of these drops.. on top of our obsessive with keeping his eye moist at all times.

Good but not as good as the lubricant
This is a great product but it's just not as good as a lubercant for very dry eyes. GenTeal Makes an amazing eye lubricant that I love using before bed (where you push down your lower eyelid and put it on before bed)Although, this might be better if you only have moderate dry eyes, but these products are usally made for severe dry eyes..

Best Eye Drops for Dry Eyes
These are the only eye drops I can use because they don’t contain preservatives and are gentle. The gel formula stays in your eyes longer and really cushions very dry eyes. Others, even opthamologist recommended, I’ve tried are irritating and don’t work at all. These are the ones that are usually sold out on the drugstore shelves.

Best of the Good Eye Drops
I am pleased with this brand vs. others that I've used over the years. It is better than Blink or TheraTears and I can notice a difference in the brands. They are all competitively priced here but this one is the most effective as I can use it only once a day and get relief. The others I have to use more than once.

Not as good as the gel in a .34 fl oz tube
The gel drops are of a thinner viscosity than the gel that used to be available in a .34 fl oz tube. I therefore have to apply these gel drops more often than the gel. Buyers should be aware that the gel drops come in a very small bottle of only .3 fl oz. The regular drops for moderate dry eye come in a bottle of .5 fl oz, almost twice the amount, and for a lower price. The small bottle is made of a harder plastic and so is less flexible and more difficult to squeeze for application. To solve that problem I have resorted to popping the tops off of one of the larger bottles of regular drops after it has been emptied and then off of 2 of the small bottles. I then pour the contents of the small bottles into the larger, although it does not all quite fit. They had a 5 star product with the .34 fl oz gel in the tube. Why change to a thinner consistency, lesser quantity and unusable applicator bottle for much the same price?
