Nested BeanZen Sack® Classic | Infant Sleep Sacks | Baby 0-24M | Eases Transition After Swaddle | Aids Self-Regulation

As our 8 months old baby is currently going through a sleep regression, I have been researching on different ways and technique to help alleviate some of her nightly wakes and what I can do to make her nighttime routine be a bit smoother. With this, I have come upon Nested Bean. I made this purchase with high hope and expectation that it too will work for me. However, it didn’t. After about two weeks of using, I have not seen improvement on her nightly wake cycle. Does this work as intended for our little one? Sadly it is a no for me. However, would I order this again if I have to do it one more time? Yes, I would. Mainly for the comfort, construction, and aesthetic appeal.ComfortabilityThe classic zen model is 100% cotton, high thread count and it is definitely heavier than the average tee shirt weight. Great heat retainer - she does get sweaty in it sometimes despite it is being just cotton weight.ConstructionSuperb. I have the Halo sleep sack and Aden + Anais sleep sack prior to this purchase, and I can say Nested Bean definitely set the bar for innovative construction detail. Having the side zipper as opposed to center front zip is a huge plus and convenience for those night time diaper change and morning change (which I will get to in a bit). The two side zipper opening on both the left and right side is not necessary in my opinion, but it is definitely a gorgeous touch to not having to open up the baby and let in cold air in the middle of the night. My favorite point of detail would probably be the adjustable shoulder snaps. I love this feature mainly for our morning routine, when she wakes up for breakfast and I want to get her into a sweater and out of the Nested Bean sack, I simply would put the sweater over her on top of the sack, then reach inside, unsnap both shoulders, and slide the Nested Bean sack right out from the bottom. Or, if I want to remove her clothes from under the Nested Bean sack I can simply unsnap the sack at the shoulder, pull out her onesie over her head, put on her new outfit and slide the sack right out from the bottom. This is an amazing feature because I can do a whole outfit change without her having to feel the cold air in the room. With Halo and Aden + Anais, I will have to open the front zipper and have a completely naked baby in the process.AestheticSuper soft medium weight cotton, great quality, craftsmanship, and hand feel. A super chic sleep sack, clean frontal design as opposed to the traditional front opening. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low, comes out like new with no warp or shrinkage. Great for Fall to Winter weather.

I love this sleep sack, my baby sleeps way better at night and I don’t have to worry about her being cold or getting tangled in a blanket. It’s easy to get on and off and washed well. It feels well made. She was between sizes so I sized up and it fits fine because the straps are adjustable.

I have held off buying one of these sleep sacs because it seemed a little pricey for something I wasn’t sure would even help my baby rest better. However, desperate times call for desperate measures! We’ve been using this for 2 weeks with my 18 month old and I cannot believe the difference in his sleep. He has gone from waking every 1-2 hours to only waking up once per night. His naps have stretched from 45-60 minutes to 2-3 hours. My only regret was talking myself out of buying this 2 babies ago! This is a must for your baby who needs a lot of physical contact to sleep. He brings it to me when he gets tired and asks for, “Night, night,” and I could not be happier to know he is getting the rest he needs. I am also loving the extra sleep at night! If you are on the fence, buy it!

I only knocked off one star bc I like and use the product. The quality of the fabric is nice and washes well. Bought this and the thicker winter version in desperation of my baby’s four month sleep regression. Lots of other reviewers stated they’d purchased it around the same time for their babies and sleep was back to normal/ better than ever. This was not the case for us. Some nights my baby wakes up twice (these are our good nights), some nights he’s up every 2-3 hours. What has helped us is that we moved him into his own room and aren’t waking up at every sound he makes. Sometimes babies randomly cry out but they aren’t actually awake. Rather than jump to picking him up, we are now able to wait and see if he settles. He’s about 5 months now and has been in his room for two weeks. So anyway, if you’re looking for this to solve your sleep woes, I’m not gonna sit here and tell you this is some miracle worker. Maybe try moving your baby to another room first. If you just want a nice sleep sack, this is definitely that.

MY BABY LOVED THIS FOR NAP TIME AND BEDTIME. I ENDED UP BUYING A COUPLE BECAUSE HE LOVED THEM SO MUCH. THEY HELD UP AND I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AFTER WASHING AND DRYING.

This helped my baby girl immensely. She is a year old and was waking up 3-4 times a night and we are down to 1. This is seriously the most amazing sleep sack, I only wish I could buy a few more!

The material is very soft, the fit is perfect & it's a great idea, it just didn't work for my 10 month old. We tried it for about a week for every nap & for bedtime but she was still stirring & waking every few hours through the night. I am not sure what she doesn't like about it, if the weight isn't enough or having the feeling of the material on her legs, I'm not sure. It was an expensive gamble that we lost but maybe it'll work for you! Can't return because we cut the huge, obnoxious safety tag off the side. Hoping maybe it'll work for our next baby!

My 7 month old baby boy has struggled to sleep well since day one. As a first time mama, I’ve tried it all and read countless articles for advice. My husband and I were so sleep deprived. He would sleep for 2 hours at a time and often struggle to go back into deep sleep, always moving and fidgeting. The day we received this was his best night of sleep to date! He slept 6 hours straight in his crib. I passed it off as a coincidence until the second night he slept 7 hours. So happy I found this sleep sack!!

Won’t buy anything else for sleep sacks …7 month old has been sleeping through the night for weeks now and I attribute it to these sleep sacks!

It reallly helped with my baby’s (3 month) self soothing. She used to wake up a lot during the night asking for her pacifier and ever since we started using it she almost never wake anymore. Great quality also. But it is a thin blanket, for winter months we will probably need to look into the winter selection instead of the classic one.

We hired a sleep consultant for our daughter at 6 months and she suggested a weighted sleep sack. We went with nested bean and from the first night on, our daughter has slept through the night. We previously tried everything else but my baby simply wilder stay asleep for longer than an hour or so. Our daughter is 16 months now and still sleeping soundly through the night. Also helps with safe sleeping when baby is young since they shouldn’t have blankets in the crib. Honestly I’m not sure she’ll ever be able to task asleep without being in her sleep sack. She’ll be that big kid still using one heheh.

I’m so glad I ordered this! This helps my little one go down more quickly at night and also to stay asleep more consistently and have a better quality sleep.

This sleep sack is magic! my son was a very restless sleeper and did not want to be swaddled and likes his hands to be free. This sleep sack worked on the first night I put it on, he now sleeps soundly baby and momma are very pleased. Will be buying again once he grows out of this one.
