Q: Why did the sketchers go walk light 136001 ballet flat natural color increase from $45 to $65 so quickly??The other color, gray is $45!,

I don't know... that's a question for Skechers. But I did buy the natural color, and I don't like it at all. It gets dirty too quickly, and they're closer to white than to a beige.

Q: Are these machine washable?

This is my second pair I just purchased and I love them as I have arthritis in the top of my foot. My previous pair I have washed in the washing machine with jeans and such three times already and they come out just great. I do not put them in the dryer they air dry.

Q: I am looking at the denim boat shoe style listed here in the first photo. Is this the style being sold in the dark denim or is it the ballerina style?

It is a boat shoe style and dark navy denim. I had to order separate laces since I need the type that ties rather than stretch
