This is an excellent book to learn Japanese. Easy to follow and very detailed . Highly recommended!

The books are really helpful in learning French even for a person who doesn't know even the abcd of french language.The books are clearly planned so that the reader can learn starting from the basics to the advanced level.

Me gusta el ordenamiento de los temas. He tenido buenas experiencias con el curso de Inglés del mismo programa, así que me decidí por adquirir el de Japonés también. El audio es de gran ayuda para la comprensión auditiva y para conocer la pronunciación de los caracteres. Avanzo poco a poco según mi ritmo de aprendizaje, y me emociona que cada día aprendo cosas nuevas.Ahora bien, como buen estudiante autodidacta, me apoyo también de complementos para reforzar temas, generalmente medios digitales, por ello, en un tiempo muy corto, me aprendí los kana, y actualmente estoy en el proceso de los kanji. Me gusta el hecho de la dificultad relativa creciente, pero para alguien que pone empeño en el aprendizaje de un nuevo idioma, no debería ser un problema.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do it. I am half way through the first book, and I find the course to be one of the best language course I have ever used. (Perhaps I am biased because I using the books to relearn my forgotten french from childhood, and the book is just causing many beautiful memories to return.)I especially like that the pace is very reasonable, the lessons are cut in a very manageable learning portions, and yet you get the feeling that you are moving fast, You are forced to create sentences on the fly and read them outlaid using the audio-cds. It is just quite clear that tremendous amount of work went into preparing this course.I recommend this course to everyone! Although beginners be aware that the course for some reason does not teach the letters and how to pronounce them. But it starts at the stage right after that. So if you learn the alphabet somewhere else (like youtube) for a couple of days, you would be set for these books.Peace
