I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist Paperback – 1 Mar. 2004

I had this book a while ago, but gave it away to a friend, so I had to purchase a new copy.It is hard, if not impossible to fault the logic that the writers lay down in this book. It is written in a very easy to understand way and gives plenty of real-life examples to underline the points being made. Anyone who has an open mind and is looking for answers to the big questions such as "Did the universe have a beginning and if so, who or what created it?", "Could life have arisen by chance?" and "What evidence is there to support the Bible's claim that Jesus is God and Creator of all things?" will find this book absolutely riveting. It is also useful for anyone who has sufficient faith to be a Christian but needs to know that their faith is not a blind faith and is supported by overwhelming scientific, historical and archaeological evidence. No wonder that the author's are able to claim that they don't have enough faith to be atheists. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend this book enough! No matter how many years you've been a Christian, or even if you're agnostic, athiest or anti theist this book will challenge, inspire, encourage, and surely explain relevant issues you've never even heard of before. Frank Tureck (I'm now reading through his "Stealing From God") is brilliantly clever and incisive, detailed, thorough yet crystal clear with every topic discussed. Get his books and watch him on YouTube ( if you dare).

It is a study book for the best apologetic book ever written.

A step-by-step process through logic, reason and evidence, ending with the gospel. I always have a copy to hand and frequently give them out.

This book requires a willingness to surrender to beyond reasonable doubt evidence convincingly supporting the reality of God. An adventure for the brave hearted indeed!

I gave it four stars because there was a few leaps in logic but apart from that I think Frank Turek showed it took far more blind faith to be an atheist than a theist.I wanted Frank Turek to mention the current archaeological findgings on the Exodus.It seems Moses is more likely to have lived at the time of the Pharaoh Dudimose not Rameses.

Really good read, I was extremely skeptical, but lots of my questions have been answered by well thought out and evidenced arguments. It is written very simply and in a manner that's easy to read and follow, not at all preachy. I'm reading it as extra reading for degree to assist with critical thinking and not because I was particularly bothered by the subject matter. I now feel quite well informed on the subject and would feel confident in a debate. For people that already believe its a chance to get affirmation and some tips for answering questions you may face, for non believers, you may find some questions answered and possibly even be steered towards further investigations..

This is an incredible book. I never read a book twice, but this one will stay next to my bed, and I will read it again and again. Turek ang Geisler have provided searchers for the truth, with enough evidence to make the right choices, when discovering the truth.If you're reading this review, then this book is what we should all be taught in Sunday school.

If you or someone you know has doubts about Christianity this book is a great resource. It explains things clearly and answers so many of the questions you may have. It also gives sound logic and good scientific answers-yes science and the bible can go together. There is also a curriculum available if you search for it online that would be good for highschoolers and up.

Every Christian has to read this book. My knowledge has enhanced alot. Everything is explained in detail. If an atheist or skeptic person is still not convinced after this book then I suppose they are wilfully suppressing the truth themselves.

Amazing book, was very helpful for me to find some of the explanations and arguments that I was looking for.Especially good was the part where it is described how the main plot in the New Testament is historically relevant beyond any reasonable doubt.The part about rejecting the Theory of Evolution was less convincing, the rest of the content is really reasonable.Atheists rely on the fact that if the Evolution Theory is true, then the Bible which says that God created the world in 6 days is wrong.The Bible is true, as it was authenticated by Jesus to be true and many things inside are historically proven to be true, but not everything is literaly true.The time from a perspective of an entity which is outside of time could be different, or maybe it was an evolutionary process after all.The fact that he created Eve from a body part of Adam is again something that is hard to be taken literally, and could imply the idea that God creates beings from other beings having genetic resemblance.
