The color looks good in real life, just like the picture. This item is very soft and pretty warm. I wish that there was a backside to this that would go under the baby. Previously, I had one that had two fleece sides, not just one, and you could leave it in the carseat because the carseat’s straps went through the bottom side. With this one, you have to pop it on and off the carseat each time. The face flap seems ridiculous to me since I’d never want to close it over my baby’s face. I just zip this up to my baby’s shoulders and leave the face part open. Over all, I’m happy with this item, although there is room for improvement.

I just knew we would need something better than a blanket for our cold brisk winter! This worked out great because the blankets sometimes just blow around and off the baby. In our northern climate this cover up kept our baby warm or sometimes hot! It's not recommended to place anything heavier than a sweater/sweatshirt/light jacket on the lil one's in this cover up. Sometimes my daughter would sweat in this if she had too many layers such as a long sleeve shirt and thick fleece sweater. So kudos for jolly jumper for making a snug little fit to keep heat in and cold out! Only negative is the material attracted a lot of dust and dirt so I had to was often! Otherwise a great buy and definitely recommend!

We ordered this to protect our newborn from the super cold and windy winters we have. This is one of the few covers that is actually safe to put on your infant, as it does not go under the baby, but around the edges of the seat. Don't use the ones that go under the baby! This cover is extremely warm, fit our infant seat fairly well and seemed very well made, however, we will be sending it back. One of our main reasons for purchasing this cover, was that it said we could safely pullthe face flap closed,which we wanted to have the ability to do with our freezing winds. There was no way this was possible, her 2 week old new born head already poked above the edges of the cover with the flap open, to close it would mean laying it directly on her face. Our infant seat is by BabyTrend, could be the seat and may work well for other brands, but not ours.

This is pretty much the same thing as an arctic one but without a blanket. We already had a blanket that we could use.The fabric is surprisingly soft and it feels better than it looks in the picture, also color looks better too. We returned JJ Cole Urban Bundle me, because of it being unsafe for car seats. I was really happy to find out that the fabric, even though a different texture, is as good of quality as JJ Cole's. Also wasn't to crazy about the JJ Cole going over the baby's face completely, and this one seems to leave some room for breathing while serving as a shield from wind and chill. Not sure if it is completely waterproof, more water resistant, but I am not planning on walking around in rain for extended period of time!

This kept my sweet little guy very cozy in a cold winter...but it is best for small babies b/c the opening is small. I am not using a different style for my baby that was born this summer b/c she is bigger than her brother was (fall baby) during our winter months. She won't grow out of the other style so quickly, but it doesn't cover all around her head like this style. So, we liked it but keep size in mind!

I use this cover for my Britax B agile car seat and it works very well. It protects my 3 month year old from wind, snow, rain and the cold (we are from the Northeast). It may get a little warm for the child so if it is hot or mildly warm outside, I would remove. Also because it covers well and it may get warm, I would avoid heavy blankets (unless its really, really cold outside). The other thing to note is that the cover may not go all the way down on the car seat sides but thats okay, there's enough coverage. I've attached a picture.

LOVE this product! We live in an area with freezing and sometimes negative temperatures. This keeps my baby warm. Zipper is smooth and has no catches. The elastic around the bottom makes this cover usable for different carriers. I have it on the current Baby Trend, and it fits well without skidding off, but I can tell it has room for expanding to a larger car seat or to hold on a smaller one if need be. I think this would even fit on a stroller - though I haven't tried.

I ordered the Artic first bc I liked the idea of the blanket that came with, but when I wanted to take the cover off I still needed to bring a blanket....and going into slightly warmer weather (as in not crazy cold), I would use the cover without a blanket all togrther bc our little guy got too warm. Oh, and love the grey color bc the black shoes fuzz and cat hair and this didn't! Looked great with our black carrier and stroller. Loved the side zippers to take baby in and out easily without removing the cover...lots of compliments.
