I love these sturdy pens, I never break them. I just wear them out or loose them .Very easy writing instruments.

All metal and very durable, easy to grasp and hold. Even if your hands are stiff and don't flex as well as they once did.

I switched from the Zebra 301 to the 701 since Zebra has so cheapened the 301 so as to make it an unreliable purchase. The 701 is a great pen and feels like a serious writing instrument. I was able to refill with a space pen refill so that regardless of position the pen will write on almost any surface in any condition. If you are looking for a replacement to the 301 or just a real pen this is still a good one.

Exceptional construction for the cost, mediocre insert

Perfect writing tool, doesn't bleed like other pens I've used. Perfect for edc and daily writing. Been using it to write recites and writes smooth!
