take out the old bulb, scre this in the socket, clip it in, and you're done. That easy. If you have small cans, this can be a nice sleek replacement.

This product was easy to install. I love the adjustable light intensity. The price is also reasonable. I would recommend this product as an easy way to upgrade the existing look of your recessed lights.

I just installed these above a workbench as task lights to check them out. They are nice and bright and have nice even lighting, e.g. no hot spots. They are professionally packaged and come with instructions but really are not needed because they are so simple to connect if you are screwing into a light bulb socket and/or if you are handy to wire electrical junctions.The construction is nice and feels quality enough. I wish the metal pieces were stainless steel though almost all manufacturers use plated steel, which rusts really bad where I live with salt air exposure. I usually replace parts like this with something else so I don't have rusty parts down the road, but I don't hold this as a negative.I'll give them good use to see how well they hold up and will update my review if they fail to meet expectations.
