Everything wrong.
The capacity is wrong. Max capacity for 18650 is around 3200 mah. The size of the cell is also wrong, it is larger than usual. This will not fit on your device

Fake batteries
There is no way that these batteries are anything more than 2200mAh and all 18650 batteries are 3.6v.
